Oliver Palmer is a NYC based actor and musician. Hailing from Owensboro, Kentucky, Oliver spent his childhood living and working on a farm where he developed a lifelong passion for trail riding and the open air. The son of an orchestra conductor and a writer/ equestrian life coach, he soon turned to acting in local theaters and playing snare drum in his middle school marching band to quench his artistic inspirations. At the age of 15, he was accepted into a private high school, left home and attended Tabor Academy in Massachusetts where he trained in latin and jazz drumset and orchestral percussion and worked on any school play or student film available.

At 19 he was accepted into NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where he received his BFA training at the Stella Adler Studio, the Experimental Theater Wing, and Stonestreet Studios for Film & TV. Over his time in college, he performed extensively in Shakespeare with such companies as Smith Street Stage, Shakespeare in the Square, and Combative Theater Company either as an actor, percussionist, or composer. Recently graduated and working in regional theater he will be performing in the Dorset Theater Festival's 40th anniversary season this summer alongside Treat Williams and Stephen Adly Guirgis in David Mamet's American Buffalo.
